2018 Squamish Enduro

Hi All,

Last Saturday, I attended the 2018 Squamish Gryphon Enduro.

I had a lot of fun at this event, but I felt like I was riding off pace all day and was struggling with finding a good race speed that would see me through the day consistently. I also had some bad luck with stupid mistakes as I was riding a majority of the stages blind (1,2,3).

I also had a bad crash on stage 2 that left me with a dropped chain so I had to finish that stage running. I also had some good moments too, I felt like I was riding within myself and was riding probably my smoothest all year on some stages. Happy but not satisfied with 7th place overall (U19).

My next event is the Canadian National Enduro Championships in Panorama, BC this weekend.

I am very motivated for this event and am eager to get some practice.
